When I got the call to photograph executive chefs Carlo and Antonio for
the Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas I couldn’t wait. Afterall, any chance to
photograph and talk with fellow Italians is exciting enough, but given the
chance to talk about fine food was the recipe for a perfect day.
Not well known to many, when I first arrived in Los Angeles with
very broken English, I worked as a Sous Chef in the now closed, but
famed Princess Cruise restaurant in Century City, CA so I kinda know
my way around a kitchen or two.
Photographing Carlos and Antonio was easy going and fun with the first
setup in the kitchen, behind the scenes where the real magic happens.
Later we finished the session with interior photographs of the two chefs
pictured in the Verandah Bar and Lounge.
