Absolutely! We love to travel for sessions and are often on the road photographing clients. Let’s talk about the possibilities!
We schedule no more than 2 photography sessions per day. That way you never feel rushed and we have the time to ensure we get that perfect photo from your session.
We ask for a pre-paid Session Fee in advance to secure your session reservation. The remaining balance is due the day of your photo session. We accept cash, all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and e-transfers.
We understand unforeseen situations come up that are out of your control, and we are happy to reschedule photo sessions with a 48-hour notice.
Headshot Portrait images will be delivered within 3 to 5 days after selecting your final photos. Personal Branding, Teams, and Group photos will be delivered within 7 – 10 days following your reveal, selection, and order session.
During the session, we take the time to preview and get your approval this way we ensure you are getting the style, mood, and feel you want in the images we are creating during our time together. Because we work with professional, in-demand makeup artists and hairstylists who we have to schedule well in advance and compensate for their time, we are unable to offer full refunds if this service is used.
The good news – we've never been asked for a refund!
Great news! As part of your session fee we offer an in-person viewing and order session appointment set within 4 – 7 days post-session for no additional charge. This allows you to compare each image to make sure you get the perfect expression and pose of your choice without second guessing your final selections.
The Executive Portrait or Headshot session includes one final, high-resolution retouched image with standard usage rights included. Each Branding package has a designated number of images included and all details and goodies will be discussed during your free pre-session consultation.
With that said, sometimes it's hard to narrow your selection to just one or even just a few images. Additional photographs can be ordered at a low, per-image fee.

Whether you have your photos taken in our air-conditioned studio or if you are interested in having your photos taken downtown, at a local coffee shop, in your kitchen, the mountains, or the desert, our goal is always to give you portraits that represent your brand authentically.
Yes! We have a fantastic Go-To team of professional makeup artists and hair stylists who will be on set for your photo session. There is an additional charge for this service for our headshot sessions. Each of our Branding packages include professional hair and makeup services.
Again, this will depend on which package you select, but even for our basic headshot session, we suggest at least 2 - 3 outfits for the different poses we will create. Of course, you can expect many more changes when you book a Branding session. We do not impose a limit on the number of outfits you bring. Our goal is to give you as much variety as possible during your shoot.
Absolutely! Because of the wide array of professionals we work with, it would be unyielding for us to provide wardrobe options for everyone. If you have booked a Brand Photography Session, it's always fun to shop for a few brand-new, signature items to glam up your current wardrobe especially. But don't worry! We're here to offer you plenty of guidance, suggestions, and support on exactly what to wear (and just as important...what not to wear).
We generally suggest you bring a minimum of 3-5 outfits to your photo session complete with shoes and all the accessories. Make sure to include that one outfit that makes you feel like a boss and you can take on the world with confidence!
The more choices you have the better because there are times when an outfit may not read well on camera, so making sure you have options is key. Of course, we will discuss all of this with you in detail before your session.

Because our calendar fills quickly we recommend scheduling your session at least 1-3 weeks in advance, even earlier if you need your branding photos for an upcoming project or if your session requires extra planning.
The length of your session will depend on which package you select. Our basic Executive Portrait or Headshot Session lasts about 1 hour. Depending on the number of images created, you will either view your images immediately after your session or we will schedule a separate in-person viewing, selection, and ordering session. Our Branding sessions are 4+ hours depending on the package you select. No matter which session you choose, we will keep working until we have created the images of your dreams!
